WHAT IS IT?

Rituals are designed to access internal realms and integrate them more deeply through physical and vocal expression. Allowing a more resonant version of ourselves by restoring one’s capacity for direct experience. Paratheater is a modality of deep inner exploration and movement through sources and realms to expand clarity and energetic cellular alignment within each individual. This asocial environment enables us to become more at home within ourselves so that we may more clearly contribute our true frequencies to the world around us.

NO FORM

A practice of standing meditation or ‘vertical rest’ which marks the beginning and completion of each ritual and is the cornerstone of this modality. It aims to serve three important functions.

  1. To loosen the grip of intellectual preconceptions, directives, assumptions and definitions.
  2. To engage and cultivate internal receptivity towards tapping into the currents and impulses of one’s own unique internal landscape.
  3. To discharge and release energies after engagement, to reengage with the present time, and to reset internal energetic states for the next directive.
