Participants are aware of these following parameters surrounding the work, this includes a list of agreements that maintain a framework which supports individuals first and the group as a whole.

THE NONVERBAL AGREEMENT & ASOCIAL CLIMATE

Increasing Awareness & Self Commitment

Throughout the process, and upon arrival, no spoken words are used beyond brief directions and clarifications given by your facilitator to clarify the ritual or immersion at hand. The objectives are met in silence or non-verbal vocalizations. Within this Asocial climate each individual is redirected towards their own internal landscape to connect with sources and give them physical expression. The group sits together at the end of the session to share experiences and observations.

VOW OF SAFETY & ACCOUNTABILITY

Maintaining Personal Autonomy & A Supportive Workspace

This is truly deep somatic work, participants may experience sudden epiphanies, cathartic moments and strong unexpected emotions. This means when faced with overwhelm or internal upset, each individual remains responsible for their own safety and wellbeing in the moment through compassion, experimentation and self care. This creates the energy needed throughout the group to maintain a charged yet safe and supportive environment.

FEELING THE BODY DEEPLY & INTIMACY WITH VOID

Heightened Embodiment of Process

Each ritual session begins with a series of guided (not instructed) warmups intended to bring the nervous system into the present time and also to let the body know that something is about to happen that requires dedication and attention. This warmup process is designed to allow individuals to feel into their bodies deeply on their terms, and within their own strengths and limitations to discover new movement patterns.

NoForm begins and ends all ritual forms and is the place in which the depth of information available to you is determined. Through personal commitment to physical expression and the standing practice of NoForm, we are able to access the infinite wealth of intelligence within us on a cellular level.
